Does it replace QuickBooks?
No. Signshell handles estimating, jobs and production. It sends customers, invoices and payments to QuickBooks Online, so your bookkeeping stays where it is. You can bring your customer list over from a QuickBooks export today. Reading the rest of your QuickBooks history is coming soon.
What does it run on?
Signshell runs in the browser, so it works on Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iPad, iPhone and Android. Nothing to install. The iPhone and Android install apps are in testing.
Can I run it alongside EstiMate?
Yes. Import your history, run both side by side, and compare totals before you go live.
Do I have to use the AI features?
No. They are optional and can be switched off for your shop. Anything the AI drafts is marked for review, and you confirm every number.
